Region Syddanmark (Project Coordinator)
The Health Innovation Centre of Southern Denmark is the central division for health innovation in the Region of Southern Denmark. Its main purpose is to support the Regional Council and the Group Management in converting the regional innovation strategy into actions and value creation. They do this by supporting the hospitals, social and psychiatric facilities as well as the pre-hospital centred area in developing their services to tackle the current and future challenges that the Danish healthcare sector are faced with.
Partner’s role:
The Health Innovation Centre of Southern Denmark is the DELIVER Project Coordinator and leads the IO1-Needs analysis and IO3- Curriculum and learning material development and contributes to several project tasks.

Fakulteta za zdravstvo Angele Boškin
Angela Boškin Faculty of Health Care (ABFHC) is an independent higher education institution established by the Municipality of Jesenice. It offers undergraduate study program Nursing and Physiotheraphy, postgraduate master programs Nursing and Health promotion and postgraduate PhD program Health care sciences. ABFHC has experiences with leading individual WPs in the international projects and as a leader of the international and national projects.
They are currently involved in 3 Erasmus+ projects: in 2 projects the faculty is strategic partner and in one project the faculty is the lead.
Partner’s role:
Fakulteta za zdravstvo Angele Boškin is leading the IO2- Organisational analysis and contributes to several project tasks.

Fundació TIC Salut Social
TIC Salut Social Foundation is a public agency within the Catalan Ministry of Health founded in 2006 whose aim is to facilitate and promote the development and transformation of health and social care models fostering innovation in the use of ICT.
The main areas of expertise are: mHealth, Interoperability and Standards, Digital Medical Imaging, Artificial Intelligence, Health Data Protection Office and ICT Social Health Hub.
Partner’s role:
Fundació TIC Salut Social leads the development of the IO4-Health care professionals e-learning platform for digital skills and contributes to several project tasks.

Università degli Studi di Udine
The University of Udine (UNIUD) is an Italian Public University founded in 1978 by National Law. Currently UNIUD offers 39 first cycle degree courses and 38 second cycle degree courses, among them 8 first cycle degrees, 1 single cycle degree and 1 mater degree course in the Health Care sector. The University offers postgraduate teaching and research, with a broad and diverse range of training courses, specialization schools (20, mostly in Medicine), university masters and doctorates degrees. The Department of Medicine (DAME), since its establishment in 1986, aims at promoting higher education, developing knowledge and generating new ideas. DAME also promotes research, technological transfer, internationalization cooperation and interaction with the community. The key of its success at both national and international level is the quality and the force of all its components and the ability to combine expertise, methods and knowledge within its projects.
